This Privacy Policy explains how One of One Academy, operated by Memphis Becker in Ontario, Canada ("we," "us"), collects and uses your information when you visit oneofoneacademy.com or join the program. We keep this simple because what we collect is simple.

1. What We Collect

Information you send us. If you email or DM us about joining, we receive whatever you send, typically your name, email, and payment details needed to arrange an e-transfer.
Booking information. If you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email, and the details needed to schedule and remind you of the call.
Student information. If you join, we keep records needed to run the program: your contact details, tier, payment history, and (on the Mentorship tier) your check-in history, which is also the record used for guarantee claims.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: things like pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. This data is aggregated; we don't use it to identify you personally.

2. What We Don't Collect

We don't sell anything through this website directly, so we never see or store credit card numbers on our site. E-transfer payments happen through your bank. If we add card payments later via Stripe, your card details will go to Stripe, not to us, and this policy will be updated.

3. How We Use Your Information

To respond to your messages and set up your access after purchase.
To schedule and remind you of a call you've booked.
To deliver the program: lessons, community access, mentorship, and check-ins.
To process refunds under the Mentorship guarantee.
To improve the website using aggregated analytics.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails to people who only messaged us to ask a question. We just reply to the message you sent.

4. Services We Rely On

A few trusted third-party services handle data on our behalf:

Google Analytics: website usage statistics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Calendly: handles call scheduling and sends you reminders on our behalf.
Email and community platforms: Gmail for correspondence, and the community/chat platforms used to deliver the program.

Some of these providers store data outside Canada (for example, in the United States). By using the site, you consent to that transfer.

5. Cookies

The site itself doesn't set cookies for its own features. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. Blocking cookies in your browser will not break the site.

6. How Long We Keep Information

Messages and emails are kept as long as needed to respond and for our records. Student records, including check-in history, are kept for the duration of your participation plus a reasonable period afterward for guarantee, accounting, and legal purposes.

7. Under-18 Visitors

The program accepts students under 18 only with a parent or guardian's consent and purchase, as set out in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except records we're required to keep, such as payment records). Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) gives you these rights, and we honour them for everyone regardless of location. Just email us.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Access to student records is limited to the people who run the program. No online service can promise perfect security, but we keep what we collect minimal, which is the best protection there is.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
