Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to One of One Academy ("the Academy," "we," "us"), an online education and mentorship program operated by Memphis Becker, based in Ontario, Canada. By purchasing access to or using the Academy, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Academy Is

One of One Academy provides educational content, resources, community access, and (on the Mentorship tier) one-on-one mentorship intended to teach universal client-acquisition skills, like cold calling, closing, appointment setting, and outreach, and help you land your first paying client within 90 days. Students apply these skills either to a business concept provided by the Academy or to their own business idea or existing business. The Academy is an educational product. It is not employment, an investment, or a business opportunity, and nothing on our website or in our materials is a promise of income. Any business concept we provide is an educational starting point for practicing outreach and sales skills. It is not a guarantee that the business itself is viable or profitable, beyond the specific guarantee described in Section 4.

2. Tiers and Pricing

Self-Study: $500 CAD. Includes all course videos and lessons on the program's core skills (cold calling, closing, appointment setting, and client acquisition), downloadable scripts and templates, and community access. Payable upfront, in full, at checkout. No installment plan is offered on this tier. All Self-Study sales are final and non-refundable, because full access to all digital materials is delivered immediately at purchase.
Mentorship: $2,000 CAD. Includes everything in Self-Study plus private 1-on-1 mentor access, personalized support, accountability check-ins, and support until you land your first paying client, using either a business concept we provide or your own business idea. Payable one-time or in 3 installments of $700 CAD. Covered by the money-back guarantee described in Section 4.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. If you choose the Mentorship installment plan, you agree to complete all installments; access may be paused or revoked if an installment is missed and not resolved within 7 days of our notice to you.

3. Payment

Payment is currently accepted by Interac e-transfer arranged over email. Additional payment methods (such as credit card via Stripe) may be added; where they are, the payment processor's own terms also apply. Access is granted after payment (or the first installment) is received and confirmed.

4. Money-Back Guarantee (Mentorship Tier Only)

The Mentorship tier includes a conditional money-back guarantee. In plain English:

The guarantee applies to the Mentorship tier ($2,000 CAD) only. Self-Study purchases ($500 CAD) are final and non-refundable.
The guarantee window is 90 days from the date you receive access.
You may pursue the guarantee using a business concept we provide, your own existing business, or your own new business idea. The process and requirements are the same either way.
To qualify for a refund, you must have done the work: watched every lesson, completed each action step your mentor assigns, and made daily outreach attempts on your chosen business, with each day's work tracked in your check-ins as proof.
If you have done all of that within 90 days and still have not landed a paying client, you will receive a full refund of what you paid, by e-transfer, within 14 days of your request.
What does not qualify: not watching the lessons, skipping check-ins, not doing the daily outreach, or going silent and requesting a refund near the deadline. The guarantee protects effort, not inactivity.
To claim, message your mentor directly in your 1-on-1 chat. Your check-in history is the record used to assess the claim.

5. Purchasers Under 18

If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may only join the Academy if a parent or legal guardian reviews these Terms, consents to your participation, and makes the purchase on your behalf. By completing a purchase for a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms, is the contracting party, and is responsible for the account. We may request confirmation of parental consent at any time and may refund and revoke access if it cannot be provided.

6. Your Account and Conduct

Access is personal to you. You may not share, resell, or redistribute course materials, logins, or community access.
All course content, scripts, templates, and materials are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own learning and business, but not republish or resell them.
Be respectful in the community. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, or shares others' private information, without refund (except as required by the Section 4 guarantee or applicable law).

7. No Income Guarantee

Results depend on your effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Testimonials shown on our site are real but are not a promise of typical results. Except for the specific guarantee in Section 4, we make no promise that you will earn any particular amount or land clients within any particular time.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Academy and its materials are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Academy, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived, including under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act.

9. Changes to the Program or These Terms

We may improve, update, or reorganize course content and community features over time. We may update these Terms; the version posted on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, except where applicable law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.
